The courier will deliver the phone no later than one day before your planned event and pick it up on the next business day after your event. All shipping costs, including goods insurance during transport, are covered by us. Your only task is to safely pack the phone and hand it over to the courier.

Very simple! Contact us by phone, or fill out the form on our website. After checking the available date, we will guide you through recording your welcome message, prepare the phone, and send it to you by courier.

Before sending the phone, we set everything up for you. You record the welcome message on your own phone and send it to us by email or as a voice message via social media. We take care of the rest and deliver the prepared wedding phone to you by courier.

The phone should ideally be placed on an elevated, flat surface such as a table or bar counter. To maintain recording quality, we recommend choosing a location where guests can comfortably use the phone. It's best placed near the guestbook or photo booth in the entrance area. Placement in the main hall is also possible, but we recommend placing it as far from the DJ as possible.

The phone is ready to use upon courier delivery. All you need to do is connect the USB power cable to the included power bank and check the welcome message by lifting the handset. There's no need to plug it into an electrical outlet, but if one is nearby, you can use the included adapter (never use your own).

We take care of everything. Before your event, we will contact you and upload your message to the phone before shipping the recorder.

There is no limit on the number of recordings. The only limit is 60 seconds per recording. After this limit, they must hang up the handset. After picking up, listening to the message, and the beep, they can record their message again. Your guests can record messages all night long.
